  • You sometimes fall into the trap of perfectionism and people-pleasing, but still feel like you’re not measuring up.

  • You may begin to feel like an imposter in a life that no longer seems to belong to you.

  • You might feel that your life is upside down and you have no idea what to do to get right side up again.

  • You may struggle with depression, anxiety, loneliness, and confusion.

Hello and welcome! I’m Adrianne. I help people who’ve discovered that they have outgrown the lives they’ve created find the most authentic versions of themselves.

You may have become aware that something deep inside is off, that something important in your carefully crafted life feels suddenly inauthentic, suffocating or small. This imbalance can manifest as symptoms of depression and anxiety, making you feel as though you are both overwhelmed and underwhelmed by your life simultaneously. You may worry that you aren’t being the partner, parent, friend and professional you are capable of, but most importantly you may have begun to recognize that you have neglected yourself. These moments often become a tipping point that can lead to huge life transitions that may feed feelings of grief and a loss of identity. As painful as it can be during those times when you feel that everything around you is falling away, this is fertile ground for growth and an ideal time to seek out counseling.

I particularly enjoy meeting people in this space. I love serving as a compassionate guide for those who are negotiating various life transitions such as existential crisis or spiritual awakening, which may arise during divorce, new parenthood, job loss/change, grief/loss, sexual orientation or identity confusion, or other phase of life struggles.

I hope to help you access your inner reserves of deeper clarity, empowerment, balance, peace and ultimately, acceptance. Having been through my fair share of such transitions I’m aware of how these experiences will break you, but also how they can be used as a catalyst for the spiritual alchemy of creating something beautiful and whole from the broken, wounded pieces.

Devoting time to your growth and self-actualization isn’t selfish. It’s necessary for both you and your most important relationships and goals. You deserve to finally create a life big enough to hold the growth of your evolution. Feeling seen in a way that you haven’t been before and reconnecting with the most precious parts of yourself isn’t a luxury, it’s your birthright.

If you’re ready to begin creating some internal alchemy in your life and would like an experienced guide on the journey home to your authentic self, you belong here.

“Perhaps the biggest tragedy of our lives is that freedom is possible, yet we can pass our years trapped in the same old patterns...We may want to love other people without holding back, to feel authentic, to breath in the beauty around us, to dance and sing. Yet each day we listen to inner voices that keep our life small.”
